This procedure is available for anyone who has experienced the partial or total loss of their areola and nipples following breast reconstruction surgery, whether unilateral or bilateral.
Beyond its support for breast cancer survivors, TLC’s paramedical tattooing services are also available to individuals recovering from gender-affirming procedures, weight loss, cosmetic surgeries, or trauma-related injuries. In a move to make these services more accessible, TLC offers the option to bill insurance for coverage of paramedical tattooing, including 3D areolas, scar treatments, and permanent makeup for those with hair loss from chemotherapy. The company also offers a sliding scale pricing option for clients without qualifying insurance coverage who fall into lower income brackets.
