- The New Clinical Arsenal: Customers can fill their prescriptions at Walmart’s nearly 4,600 physical pharmacies, which now stock the latest therapies. Crucially, this includes Eli Lilly’s Foundayo (orforglipron), the highly anticipated daily oral GLP-1 pill that secured FDA approval just weeks ago.
A Unified Ecosystem for GLP-1 Therapy
Accessing weight-loss medication is often only the first step in a complex journey. Walmart’s expanded platform addresses this by connecting medication fulfillment with the necessary lifestyle and clinical support.
- Pharmacy Access: Customers have access to a broad portfolio of GLP-1 medications across nearly 4,600 pharmacies. This includes new oral options like Foundayo
(orforglipron). - Convenient Fulfillment: Medications are available via in-store pickup or same-day delivery—sometimes in as fast as one hour.
- Medicare Access: Beginning in July, eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries will gain access to certain GLP-1 medications through the “Medicare GLP-1 Bridge” short-term demonstration.

The platform now features curated offerings from five specialized providers to support patients on or exploring GLP-1 therapies:
- Aaptiv (Fitness & Nutrition): 10,000+ expert-led classes and GLP-1 companion programming.
- Berry Street (Registered Dietitians): One-on-one nutrition therapy often covered by insurance.
- Curai Health (AI-Guided Care): Free Weight Loss GLP-1 AI agent access through July 31; $29/month thereafter.
- MyCare (Twin Health) (Real-Time Insights): Data-driven clinical support for lasting weight loss.
- Wheel (Clinical Management): Telehealth visits with board-certified providers starting at $99.
Advanced Digital Tools and Nutrition
Walmart is leveraging its scale to provide data-driven health signals to its customers. The Nutrition Hub, powered by Walmart Everyday Health Signals℠, guides users toward personalized food and recipe choices that support healthier habits while remaining budget-friendly. Additionally, a redesigned GLP-1 digital destination on Walmart.com now serves as a central resource for medically reviewed guidance and related health products.
