Infinitus Partners with Cisco’s Outshift to Advance Trusted Agentic AI in Healthcare
Infinitus, the leading trusted agentic AI communications partner for healthcare, is transforming how clinicians, staff, and patients interact across the care continuum. Its AI agents automate, accelerate, and simplify routine yet critical communication workflows—such as handling thousands of faxes, phone calls, and voicemails—that often consume hours of administrative time and cause widespread frustration. With Infinitus, processes that once took 24–48 hours can now be completed in seconds to just a few hours, improving access, experience, and outcomes for all stakeholders.
Infinitus has joined Outshift by Cisco to scale its impact across large healthcare organizations, focusing on orchestrating multiple AI agents to serve clinicians, patients, and administrative teams more efficiently.
“Outshift is proud to collaborate with Infinitus and AI-native innovators across the ecosystem,” said Papi Menon, Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Product Management for Outshift by Cisco. “Together, we can build infrastructure that elevates the consumer experience, reduces administrative burden, and streamlines complex workflows that drive cost and inefficiency in care delivery.”
Interoperability and trust are central to Infinitus’ mission. Its AI agents are built using open standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), ensuring secure, seamless integration within any orchestration environment. As part of this collaboration, Infinitus has contributed to AGNTCY, an open-source framework under the Linux Foundation aimed at establishing interoperability and shared standards for the “Internet of Agents.” Through AGNTCY, Infinitus’ MCP implementation is published to the Agent Directory, allowing its healthcare agents to work securely and cohesively alongside other organizations’ AI systems.
This announcement follows a series of high-profile collaborations, including an expanded partnership with Salesforce to automate payor-facing call workflows in Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, and a joint initiative with IBM to introduce agentic AI in specialty pharmacy at scale. Recognized for its pioneering role in healthcare transformation, Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025, highlighting its leadership in shaping the future of intelligent, connected healthcare.
